Murang'a county borrows money to offer bursaries to about 1000 students

Murang'a county borrowed about eight million to cater for bursaries for 1000 needy students in the county.Murang'a governor H.E Mwangi wa Iria said that they had to borrow the money so as to help the needy students in Murang'a county. The students received their cheques today in Murang'a during the service which was conducted by the governor himself

Detectives search for Keroche breweries bosses over tax evation claims

Police are searching for Keroche breweries company bosses after the public prosecutor Noordin Hajji ordered for their arrest due to tax evasion claims. Further information says that the C.E.O Tabitha Karanja and her husband Joseph Karanja who is also the chair person are said to evade the tax worth 14.4 billion after he checked their files.
Hajji  says he has enough evidence to sue the Keroche breweries company bosses with 10 charges of tax evasion
